Shipping & Delivery
Contractors Direct and its shipping partners do not require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested by the customer. If requested, Contractors Direct will charge the customer the additional cost of service requested.
Free Shipping Subject to Change
- Free Freight orders are subject to change or be canceled for Freight orders outside of the carriers' reach
- This includes but is not limited to rural areas within the United States and islands within the contiguous United States
- Dropship Orders fees outside of Contractors Directs Control
- International Orders do not qualify for free shipping. Any order placed outside of the United States will be sent a shipping invoice before the item is shipped
Freight Deliveries
- Some items must be shipped by truck to a commercially zoned address with truck access and a loading dock or forklift on site.
- Liftgate service is available for an additional fee. **Restrictions May Apply
- If item(s) shipped freight appear damaged upon delivery please do not sign for package(s) and refuse delivery. Call Contractors Direct immediately for additional questions, comments, or concerns (800) 709-0002
- Freight Delays: Once shipped, Contractors Direct is at the mercy of its freight provider and cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays. We can lobby on behalf of our customers to provide the best possible service and resolve the situation quickly.
- Free Freight orders are subject to change or be canceled for Freight orders shipped to rural locations outside of Shippers. This includes islands within the contiguous United States. Contractors Direct can offer real-time shipping rates to customers that fall in this category.
- Oversized items marked as free shipping are subject to change per carrier charges
